It reminds me. They asked in a Cosyne review feedback: “How could we make the review process fairer?” I answered: “Randomly pick abstracts with a malus when you have already been to Cosyne”. This would not only make the review process fairer it would also allow to see more new people each year.

If you are organizing a European Cosyne this might be an interesting thing to try. ;)
