it’s because top 1% are paying 0 to 5% tax. If Trump and others had paid their fair share...even a 15% tax…the last 21 years it would have covered Central Park and every park in the city a few times over. They use our roads, water and other services a lot more than the average citizen. I volunteer Saturdays at Riverside park and I know without physical volunteers planting, weeding and cleaning that park would not be what it is. Make up for what the billionaires won’t do.
