Chance The Rapper Already Won 2016

If it was a thing.. I would buy as much stock as I could in Chance The Rapper.

Man, Chance is such a breath of fresh air. He raps, he can serenade you, and any song he is featured on is an immediate banger. Acid Rap (2013) and The Coloring Book (2016) are basically his two mixtapes/albums; they are both musical masterpieces.

His first mixtape Acid Rap is one of the best mixtapes ever, and you can listen to it from beginning to end with no skips endlessley. Then he followed that mixtape up with Coloring Book a couple years later (did some other projects in between), and it is very different from the Acid Rap mixtape, but it is still magical.

You can see Chance’s growth from Acid Rap to Coloring Book, and it is amazing to listen and see him mature through his lyrics and song topics. Chance will not win a Grammy for Coloring Book. Maybe he will never win a Grammy and release mixtapes for the rest of his life, which is fine with me. Chance has the highest approval rating among musical artists right now along with probably Kendrick Lamar, and maybe Beyonce.

Give Chance the keys to Chicago, give him the keys to my car; whatever he touches is gold. His music makes you feel happy, it makes you smile, and it makes you feel like you can accomplish anything.

So for the sake of society; PLEASE LET CHANCE DO WHATEVER HE WANTS AND PLEASE LET CHANCE DANCE.

Chance won 2016 and it is only July. From his verse on “Ultralight Beam” to the release of Coloring Book, Chance has proven to everyone that he is one of the best in the rap game and he is the hip-hop/rap MVP of 2016. Chance makes me want to root for the Chicago White Sox and I do not think I can name three players on their team; CHANCE FOR PREZ.
