Creativity Is Not the Goal of Work.

A gray line exists between the goals of ones ‘work’ and the ‘process’ of doing work. Often times one falls in love with the process.

While the process to get work done maybe creative the goal of work is shipping something. To finish something and take it to market.

If creativity is the end goal then nothing has to ship for success. Only a process followed. An exercise of creativeness.

I aspire to do work that requires creativity to ship. Yet, that trait alone doesn’t require delivering products.
