This is true and I concur. At the same time, when we’re part of a social media site, e.g. Facebook or Twitter (who owns Medium), users can’t turn off about the news about the “K” family or who’s dating who and who now got divorced or separated from who. WHO CARES?!?!

I think I can try some of your outlined steps, but trying to give up my TEA?!?! I have my “cuppa” chai and Earl Grey in moderation. I was successful in adding sugar into my coffees for almost one year now. I do need some sweet taste in my coffees, then I add about half a teaspoon of sugar.
