I agree with you but you missed my key point. There are people out who are being abusive and don’t even realize that they are being so. If they are educated on a personal level by an understanding admin, they may actually be able to contribute something of value to the topic. Keep in mind that people who respond with great emotion (even though they come across as abusive) are obviously passionate about the topic.

This isn’t always the case, and when it isn’t there should be accountability. I’m just saying that we shouldn’t be so quick to say, “get out” because it’s really not hard to find a way back in.
