A Code of Honor for Sales that even an 8 year old would understand.
Jim Mathers

Loved your story, Jim.

I, too, was a Boy Scout; that Code was gold then and is platinum now.

I believe that no self-respecting, decent salesmen — those who consistently rise to the top in both quantity and quality of their sales, and remain up there over time — ever sells a product or service that he/she knows is not desirable, or which would not interest them enough to buy it.

I know I could not live with myself if I ever did, and my sales career spanned 39 successful years.
