I agree that hard absolutes on knowledge are, like “sky’s the limit” idealism, imbued with their own particular pratfalls. It’s amazing to see that in the late 19th century, scientists believed everything about the universe was discovered, and all that was left where the details- and this is before General Relativity and quantum mechanics!

Humans are their own worst enemies everytime. However, I do agree with the author of this piece that the origins of existence are potentially undiscoverable in our present (flesh & bones) form.
