Hey Omari, nothing much to add, just thanks. Pokemon GO has been my escape from the news and the vitriol surround BLMTO and Toronto Pride. Even with all of that swirling in my head the risks for people with darker skin never occurred to me. It sucks that even something as fun and light-hearted as this app is tainted by systemic racism.

I believe this post will help more young white people understand their privilege, because it so directly relates to them.
