Invite guests to join your room block — easy, free, and paperless
Once you’ve secured a room block, the next step is to get the word out and fill your rooms before the group rates expire. But what’s the best way to do this?
In the past, you might’ve pounded out an email to all of your guests…meh. Or maybe you would’ve designed, printed, and mailed out hotel accommodation cards… . both time consuming and expensive.
Today, we’re excited to announce the launch of Invites — a new way to invite guests to join your room block.
Here’s how it works:
- Enter the email addresses of your guests
- Customize your message
- Hit send
That’s it. Easy!
Guests receive their Invite with a clear call-to-action and a link to your Roomblocker reservations page. They can easily browse through hotel pictures, view group rates, and book their stay. No more asking guests to call in their reservations or sending them to a clunky hotel website.
As rooms fill up, you’ll be able to keep track of who joined and how many rooms you have left (we’ll feature this in another post coming soon).
Invites are the most effective and convenient way for guests to join your room block.
