Impact of sugars in our life
Carbohydrates are four different types of sugars; body and the brain relates to sugars in the form of glucose.
However, due to its composition and metabolism, we have to eat carbohydrates in the form of polysaccharides: Starch, Pectin, and Cellulosa. Then our metabolism will break them up into glucose.
Having an excess of sugar in our bodies leads to diabetes, depression, and anxiety, and obesity.
