Ineffable

As the world shuffles in deep sleep,
I stay awake with dim lights lit.
You come in like a sleepy smile,
Make me feel more myself than I.

When the days go tough and I cant smile,
You come in like a silent breeze and tickle out the laughter in my eyes.
We talk of never ending stories in our life,
Always bickering, cause I say left & you say right.

When I am all about darkness,
you compare me to the moon & show me the parts that shines.

The giggles never stop and fightings never end,
Nevertheless we fall back to each other again and again.

The jokes never grow old and stories never end,
I always catch you lying eventhough you keep up the pretend.

We are like two sides of a river,
Never settling on the same thing,
But sometimes we build the bridge only to burn it again.
Everytime I burn bright and scorching like fire,
You come in like a drizzling sky,
Taking away all the heat and spread the calm like the rain.
