2016 goals
It’s new year and time to set goals. This time I am going to make my goals public so that you (my friends) can hold me accountable and help me in reaching these goals and maybe join me in my endeavor.
Exercise :
7-min and Yoga — 6 days a week
Run 5 miles, bike 30 miles a week
Stretch goals — Run 1 10k, bike 100 miles and complete a sprint triathlon
Mental
Build an APP, complete 5 Online courses, write 20 articles, read 50 books, learn Spanish
Stretch goal — Get funding and start my startup (Healme)
Fiscal
Save 5 months of my salary.
Stretch Goal — Start another income stream
Family
Spend more time with family and less time on fluff.
Cook twice a week and clean twice a week
Team Omy 5000 words and improve math skills to grade 3 proficiency.
