This weekend I took part in my first hackathon. See this medium post for the official post about Connected Learning and the other projects from the Hackathon, and view the final website here.

I was compelled to join this hackathon because it is hard to avoid how our daily lives has completed changed. Everyone, no matter what they do, has to keep adapting to the new and ever-changing conditions. There are so many design possibilities about how we will adjust after this is all over and we return to “normalcy” in whatever form it takes. …

Define: Jobs to be done, Open card sort, Closed card sort
Ideate: Site map, Wire-flow
Design, Prototype, Validate and Iterate: Paper prototype, Usability testing, Mid-fidelity prototype

Brief: To create a new e-commerce website for a neighbourhood toy store in Hackney, London that is “edgy, knowledgable, bright, fun and affordable”. …
