If you don’t look for it, it’ll come through

I’ve been working days and days on my board game draft in the past few weeks. I’ve been through iteration after iteration, and suddenly it came to me; I had found my theme. I already wrote some sort of introductory text for it:

On a quest for new lands, our fleet got separated and lost at sea. Ultimately our ship crashed into a large landmass engulfed in thick mists. Hidden boulders just below the water surface stroke out a soft landing and our vessel was to rest with all the other wooden skeletons that may have been there for ages. Washed ashore, we climbed the steep coastal cliffs, not yet realizing these were only the first of many obstacles to overcome.

I’ll leave it at that for now.
