Migraine Treatments: What Does and Doesn’t Work for Me

I’ve lived with migraines with aura for the past 17 years and have tried a plethora of treatments to help manage them. This past year my search for better treatments cranked up a notch when I developed a migraine variant balance disorder and dealing with the condition became a daily slog.

I thought it would be useful to note down what I’ve tried in case it gives some additional pointers for anyone else who is struggling to manage their migraines. This is just my personal experience, of course — every migraineur is different.
