Get your Asian fusion fix with this metabolism boosting meal!!

Did you ever sweat from eating something spicy? Cayenne pepper increases your body temperature during digestion (thermogenesis) …the heat then increases your body’s calorie burn!

This does not mean to eat cayenne peppers everyday, but adding it every now and then as a spice, keeps your meals fresh and has an added benefit!!

Sweet & Sour Chicken Ingredients:

- Chicken breasts (3)
- Hot sauce (1/4 cup)
- Pineapple Chunks (8oz)

Directions:

- Cube chicken and put in a pan
- Add in hot sauce to cook chicken in
- Add in pineapple chunks and a little bit of the juice
- Cook on medium heat until chicken is cooked through

Fried Rice Ingredients:

- 1 cup Frozen riced cauliflower
- 1 cup snow peas
- 3 tbsp Coconut Aminos
- 2 eggs
- Palm serving cashews

Directions:

- Cook frozen riced cauliflower in microwave
- Add cauliflower to wok pan on medium heat
- Add in snow peas
- Add coconut aminos
- Allow to cook and then create well in the middle
- Crack egg in the middle and scramble
- Mix in with fried cauliflower rice
