Yeah, I think it comes down to what moral leadership is. If you’re building a company you have an obligation for the people working to create value for the company to see a long-term future, not figure out how to redistribute the profits you’ve taken. (When you think about it the way philanthropy is described sometimes as “giving back” is dead wrong). This is my #1 daily challenge in my own company too! Eager for your thoughts.
