01 of 365 — A NEW year with great resolutions

The last 2 years have been a crazy roller coaster of some of the best and worst things of my life. I am determined to make 2016 better!
To do this I have carefully constructed a fool proof list of things to make that happen:
#1 Get rid of all the pain in my body (I am only 33, way to young to have back pain) with stretching, maybe yoga, gym, running and weight training
#2 Pay down 30% of my debt
#3 Save the same amount for my future
#4 Grow Nicework to give myself a decent raise
#5 Do this by investing my time in growing the people of my company so they can achieve what they are capable. We have a really great team…

#5 Go on 52 adventures… Turkey has come up more than once — one of them must be life changing
#6 Do at least 10 public talks not including CreativeMornings Johannesburg
#7 One of my biggest weakness’ is writing. In order to combat this, I am going to write and share something every day (This is even one of them)
#8 Be more prolific in my output. The more you make, the more you fail, the more you improve!

#9 Really connect with more people. To start this off, I have deleted Facebook from my phone
#10 Read one book a month
I know this seems like a lot but all of the things on this list make me happy. I know that if I focus on doing things that make me feel fulfilled and happy it will make the highs higher and give me perspective to cope with the lows.
Well, now I have publicly said it. Lets see how this experiment works out…
