How can anybody commend this? You haven’t rectified a thing. This “chip on the shoulder” that bothered you so much can’t even be seen in the final image. Plus, you admitted yourself it is just where the division between the two characters start.

Any reasonable person wouldn’t even notice the positioning of the characters but If I act like you I should be up in arms over how the man now is “in the shadow” of the woman. Also possibly the size differences were simply based on the fact that men typically are physically taller than women.

What saddens me is that the original positioning was probably by inadvertent but then in the name of equality you purposefully placed the woman in front.

There are already many examples in society where actual gender inequality exist without pathetic, irrational acts like these.
