TERA Blockchain and Dapps

This may seem like just another link to you, but it’s not. It’s fundamentally different. It dynamically pulls an image from the TERA blockchain via a smart distributed app framework.

My daughter drew this and I posted it under the Arts & Music category under TERA’s dapps (distributed apps). Why is this significant? This small, low-resolution (512px x 512 px) image is NOT actually HOSTED on a website. Rather, it is stored within the TERA blockchain (much like a dapp can be stored on the Ethereum blockchain).

Every full node contains the data that comprises of this <16 kb image and the few lines of html that results in it being rendered to your screen. As long as one node exists and is accessible to the internet, this information will persist indefinitely.

I have seen stores, distributed exchanges, message forums, games, payment systems, validators, and much more posted on dapps.
