I am gobsmacked by the quality of your research…and how you connect (apparent) unrelated points that are, in fact, related. I am angry and annoyed that this is still a problem, and despite all this…I don’t feel empowered to change this (also part of the problem). I feel women and minorities should be creating their own mirco businesses…to show the rest how diversity can be done, effortlessly and with positive gains (staff retention, empowerment, etc). Thank you for all the articles you have published on this (I have consumed all of them and want more).
