your product really rocks and I am very glad that you are opening up the dialog with your users. I’d agree with some of the users, that WF is that good, because it is that simple. Instantly I was remembered of an image from Apple about their simplicity approach. Steve Jobs back then said: "I am not sure if there ever has been a slide that captures better what Apple is about".

And for sure WF needs polishing and refining, e.g. the mobile app does not meet modern UX standards, but please never forget that the reduction you are offering is exactly the benefit you are providing vs other solutions (checkvist).
