I find #6 (put toxic people in matches with one another) fascinating from a social engineering perspective. People aren’t denied the ability to play the game, so they’ll likely stick with the same account instead of coming in with a new one to harass a whole new set of players. The system can’t be gamed into denying a victim the ability to play, which certainly takes away one of the weapons trolls use. All sorts of good things.

I’m more comfortable assigning people to “affinity groups” like this (toxic people, etc.) using automated mechanisms, possibly even using predictive models to steer people to their affinity groups before complaints happen.
