Take a stand! Send the photos to the company with a letter from a loyal-yet-concerned-enough-to-not-be-loyal-anymore customer. I’ve done it with about an 80% success rate of getting something back (even if it was just a coupon).
Also sent companies “love your product” letters. When the girls were 3, I had a box of bubble liquid and bubble wands show up in response to one.
