What is the Big Bash League?

Big Bash League is an Australian T20 league, which was established by Australian Cricket in 2011. It is somewhat like the Indian Premier League. A total of 17 rounds will be played in the coming edition of eight teams are playing the BBL and out of which six teams have won the title. BBL is played during the summer season in Australia which is December, January, and February.

How to play Fantasy BBL 2021?

After creating an account, a fantasy user has to choose the BBL; under which they can choose a certain type of contest; based on their knowledge. Then, they have to create a team of potential players, to begin with, their game on Royal11.

BBL 2021 rules

The squad can have a minimum of 16 players, in which they can have

• 2 Wicket Keepers
• 7 Batsmen
• 7 Bowlers

Big Bash League Fantasy Point System

The Fantasy Point System of the Big Bash League is different from the live game. Indeed, the total score depends on the live performance of the player; but knowing the fantasy point system helps the Royal11 player to create a potential team. Know where you can hatch some extra fantasy points by knowing how many points are allocated for each player.

Here are the fantasy points awarded to different players:

While batting:

• For hitting each run, a +1 point is allotted to each player.
• On hitting half-century in Big Bash League, +8 Fantasy points are allocated.
• For each full century, +16 points are allocated to the team in Fantasy Big Bash League
• On dismissing a duck, — 2points are reduced from the total fantasy score

For the batsmen Performance

For players batting a minimum of 10 balls

• If the player has a strike rate between 170 runs per 100 balls, +6 fantasy points are allocated
• On achieving a strike rate of 150–170 runs per 100 balls, +4 fantasy points are allocated to the players.
• For the strike rate of 150 runs per 100 balls, +2 fantasy points are allocated to the player who achieved it.

For the bowler Performance

Applicable when bowlers bowling 2 overs

• For the economic rate, below 5 runs per over, +6 fantasy points are given
• For the 5–5.9 runs per over economy rate +4 fantasy points are given to the team
• On 6–7 runs per over +2 fantasy points are added to the total score.
• When the economy rate is 12 runs per over, then, 6 points are reduced from the total score
• For taking a wicket (except run out) — +25 fantasy points allocated
• For stumping +12 fantasy points are added to the total score

For fielders

• On grabbing a catch, +8 fantasy points are allocated
• For every run out (catcher), there are +6 points in Fantasy Big Bash League
• For every run out (thrower), +6 fantasy points are given to the player
• +4 fantasy points are allocated for 3 catches
• For each LBW, +8 fantasy points are added to the total score
• On taking 5 wickets, a bonus of +16 fantasy points are given to the team
