dig deep
Make peace with your Past.
Natasha Kurien

I love your word choice. Dig Deep. That’s a hard thing to do, but it’s so worth the effort.

I’ve learned to be grateful for the moments when I’m haunted by my past. It keeps me from getting too big of a head. It reminds me that I don’t always get it right. (Truth be told, I rarely get it right.)

Memories of the past remind me to cut others some slack. One day ‘that guy’ or ‘that girl’ who did ‘that thing’ will have their own haunting memory to reconcile. We’re all trying to figure it out.

For now, for me, the past forces me to ‘dig deep’ and to evaluate how far I have/haven’t come in my journey since X or Y.

Thank you Natasha!
