Not to be outdone, Round1 has also teamed with the Macerich Company, a leading owner and operator of mixed-use properties in the Bay Area. They have already added Dave & Buster’s to the Vintage Faire in Modesto, CA. The resulting dining and entertainment venue will be among the largest of its kind in the San Francisco Bay Area. Among other projects, Macerich is the leading owner of retail properties in the nation.
