#MyWorkflow: Gifs in Slides and Some Apps

Add Gifs to Google Slides

Do you remember that dark time before gifs? When we were handcuffed from sending messages to one another without a looping 2-second clip of a celebrity being accidentally profound? We don’t want to go back to that place again, do we. Thankfully, we can now add this wonderful imagery to help our Google Slides have even more punch than before. here’s a gif to show you how to add the gif to Slides.

Keep Your Mac Clean

I’m the type of person that likes to keep my hard drive and file system as tidy and free of junk as possible. What I’ve learned, however, is that it’s difficult to randomly delete files in macOS. That’s why Clean My Mac is one of my favourite desktop apps. On a monthly basis, I probably clean up around 15 to 20 GBs of data off my device. The other day, using the app, I went from almost 400GB of data to around 150GB. This app is a must for power users.

Sync Google and iCloud Contacts

If you’re an Apple product user who also deems Gmail essential, then you’ve probably faced the frustration of having your contacts in one place and not the other. You can get this essential app for either macOS or iOS. Never worry about the dreaded “who this?” problem again when you change devices. They’re sure to be backed up in iCloud, Google, or both.

No one pays me either money or favours to talk about any of the preceding.
