New coins are generated by nodes of people who own a certain number of PRIZM coins. Each coin stored in the wallet works as a tiny mining farm. 🏭

Paramining is an upgraded concept of PoS-mining which has received an MLM component. Paramining implies that the numbers of new coins depend on the number of coins in a user’s account, as well as on the number of coins in a user’s referrals’ accounts. 📈
👉For example, if you have from 1 to 99 coins in your account, you will daily receive 0.12% of new coins. If you have from 500,000 to 1,000,000 coins in your account, your reward will be 0.33% of the amount per day.
This percentage is multiplied by a coefficient dependent on the total number of wallets in the structure. If you mine PRIZM alone, the percent of your reward will not increase. But if you invite other people and build a structure, your percentage will increase several folds!

👉 Paramining also applies certain limitations. For example, paramining stops when the number of coins in the account reaches 1,000,000. It also applies Paratax — a limiting coefficient, which prevents the growth of coins at an exponential rate.
