This is really more of an influencer problem than a platform problem. I’m sure you can find influencers on Facebook and Snapchat who understand the importance of dialogue (Gary Vaynerchuk comes to mind).

So don’t worry about it. Twitter will survive or it won’t, but conversation will always be an important part of influencer success.

New platforms will continue to emerge and evolve, and good influencers will continue to find ways to engage in dialogue with the users of platforms of the past and future.
