Donald Trump is the logical top candidate of a divisive and mean-spirited party that has corrupted politics in the U.S. for years. Trump merely states what Republicans have been saying all along through ‘dog whistle’ words and deeds. As a result, a solid core of people are willing to vote for him. Mr Trump or someone like him was inevitable after 8 years of Republican obstructionism and he is the logical outcome of the corruption that is an increasingly blatant part of American politics.

Make no mistake, the Republican Party will stop Trump and their candidate of choice will become President. The much hoped for (by GOP honchos and reporters alike) brokered convention will allow the selection of a candidate who will end Trump’s campaign.

Don’t believe for a minute that the GOP is looking towards the rest of the field such as Cruz or Rubio. One of these deeply flawed individuals will likely be the nominee but the people representing the 1% have in mind a dream candidate who will provide stability while presiding over the relentless pursuit of enriching the already rich. This candidate has a track record that demonstrates they can be relied on to permit unbridled capitalism to flourish, while approving freer trade, more military spending and more overseas meddling.

That candidate is Hillary Clinton.
