After I experienced a radical health transformation, others began seeking me out for help. So I left my full-time gig as a technology guru, and now helping folks is what I do all the time: In my business as a professional fitness and wellness coach, in my community as a firefighter and a volunteer, in my church as a teacher and a leader, and in my home as an adoptive and foster parent.

I am a certified personal trainer with more than twelve years in fitness, and eight years in the fire service where I am a certified Firefighter I/II and a company Health and Safety Officer. My wife and I co-own Center Circle Fitness in Mayville, Wisconsin, where we live, serve, and raise our family.
