  2. Do you fulfil a gap, need or want for your target customer?
  3. Do you have a strategic plan in place?
  4. Where are you spending YOUR time?
  5. Are you talking benefits?
  6. Are you on top of your cash flow?
  7. Are you easy to do business with?
  8. Are you being consistent?
