Dribblers have lot of misconception about its usage. I see most angled photos that make a word doc layout better simply because its been seen by an angle rather than in original full width/screen inbrowser/inapp screen area.

This articles is great but in many points fails to understand the concept of Dribble originally it was intended to get reviews from in-progress work from other designers.

A social network is driven by majority of its users. This is the same case with dribble some use them for work review, some to sell stuff but most to get highlighted and likes. This is where dailyui and other accounts come in. This is the same misconception that browsing through css awards websites will make you good designer. NO! it will just make you a good wannabe designer.

Design is about problem solving. Your article is great but the example you’ve taken is of Websites instead of a logo or something smaller piece of design. A website is hardest part to redesign. It requires tones of usage data from analytic, focus groups, business requirement analysis to simply understand what it is that is wrong and needs fixing.

If you want to start a account to change the Dribbler’s mindset pick smaller piece of UI. Than homepage (most important page) of large websites.

Apart from this i couldn’t agree with you more that majority of dribblers are misusing a great tool which is the interface of a great community.
