Great habits which are implementable.One more way which I found very effective is to archieve one “tiny-weeny” improvement everyday.This can be as simple as writing half a paragraph to appreciating someone for something.I have found that these tiny improvements everyday act as biggest motivators rather than one long improvement goal which takes time.My take is “Think Big but Start Small”.
