Great write Bridgette Petrino.

I think most of us get so much caught in the rat-race that we generally are not able to “find” time for ourselves. Our identity ,then subsequently becomes ,what others perceive us to be.

I think one simple way of maintaining our own identity and doing things that “matter only to us” to fix a “golden hour” for ourselves everyday. This golden hour is only ME time,in which we retrospect ourselves, improve ourselves and take steps(can be even baby steps) towards activities which only matter for us only.Trust me,this “golden hour” really helps us in maintaining our identity on these crowded times.
