Leaders don’t ADVISE, leaders LEAD.
Michael V. Ivanov

Grt write Michael Ivanov .While i whole heartedly agree with you that leaders should lead by example leaders also have an important mentoring role to play.See any great leader and the one single thing common in all of them is that they have successfully managed to groom future leaders out of their teams to take their legacy forward.A leader wins when the team wins and a leader loses when the team loses. And for a team to win,it is the leader’s accountability to take them to the next level and hand over the baton to them.I will call that Mentoring not Advising.
