Less Is More: The Minimum Effective Dose
Louis Chew

Interesting article. However I do not think less is more is applicable in all circumstances.Assume the case,a project has been badly goofed up and the deadlines are looming ahead.Any failure will surely bring in loss of image, reputation and of course financial loss.In such circumstances the leader has no option but to stretch and do more and more possible in a rapidly diminishing timeline. The true mark of any leader is to get things done even if the circumstances are at there worst.Less is more will never work when the damage is already done and we are in the damage control mode.
