Monday morning blues do happen and I will not deny it.But then why blame poor Monday for it.The blues are due to myriad reasons from not being happy with your work to being at loggerheads with your boss.So my take is instead of blaming poor “Monday” let us strive to remove the root cause itself that is causing us discomfort.Of course this is easier said than done but even taking baby steps in that direction can lot a lot for improving our self esteem and facing that “dread” that comes every Sunday evening.Think about it !!
