In the modern age every company want to recruit best for their organization and HR manager or recruiter plays an important role in success of an organization . heaving the curiosity and passion to get a dream job this curiosity and passion let me and my fellows from Amal Academy ended up on meeting HR professionals those are working for some named organizations .
Wajid Ali lead from the front and took responsibility to contacts different well known organizations HR managers for a session about interview. he contacted with 12 different organization through email and on call and finally we got a call from Malik Abdul Qayyuom Raza HR manager of Nishat Industry Faisalabad.
on Friday group members reached at Nishat Industry to meet with Malik Abdul Qayyuom Raza for session and It was a different experience for all of us so we were very excited and prepared our questionnaire about Equip and Real during the Interview.
After reaching there they warmly welcomed us and then the game of question and answers began. We asked questions about interview procedure and what necessary things and factors they look while interviewing.
It took 30 minutes to complete our question answer session and when we said we are done,best part of the session that we didn’t expected come up. He told us about different deep factors about interview and that was extra mile for us that we learned that extra factors about Interview.
Best thing He told us about life that Learning never stop and He quote with that” LIFE (Learning Is Forever)” .”If you want to get a job or want to create a good impression during interview focus on your learning attitude and believe on your LUCK (labor under correct knowledge)”.He quoted that “if you know what your LUCK is congratulations! you have reduced your chance of failure”.
Many new things come in front of us that we already know but don’t know how to utilize them?. After that session about Interview we found about different factors that we need to improve and How to show your core strength in front of panel interview.
