The technique uses a timer to break down work into intervals, traditionally 25 minutes in length, separated by short breaks. These intervals are named pomodoro is very useful to complete task with consistency.I personally experience by using this technique.I choose task to complete 2 chapters my Human Resource Management book.

I set pomodoro timer, I start to read my book with full of focus and concentration.I remind my mind again and again I just focus on reading book and after 25 minutes I will b break 5 minutes.I really enjoyed. After 25 minutes I take break 5 minutes to refresh myself, going to kitchen drinking water and come back to room then again start.

At this time I feel my energy was high and reading book with full of interest because I thought I should complete my book. After 25 minutes I close eyes and rest 5 minutes and feel fresh and then start my book reading I thought I am near to complete my task.At this time internal and external factors cannot disturb me because i was near to complete my task. After 25 minutes I walk 5 minutes and then start to reading.

My concentration was full of my book and want to try. At this time my task closely near to end and finally complete my task.My experience was excellent by using pomodoro technique.A goal of the technique is to reduce the impact of internal and external interruptions on focus and flow. When we set target and set pomodoro timer, we gradually near to target and during task we take 5 minutes break.

There are some reasons to use Pomodoro technique 1st is manage distractions and control your time, 2nd is Increase accountability, 3rd is Improve weekly and quarterly planning, Decrease back pain and mental fatigue, Maintain motivation. In this technique I feel in my task my productivity is increase and get best result in order to complete my task 2 chapters of Human Resource Management book .
