What it means to intern at Rubify
“We do little things that make big things happen.”

Many reasons brought me here, so from May 2015 to September 2015, I had this fantastic opportunity to work for Rubify as an intern.
Rubify is open-minded.
I wasn’t a “tech” person, neither a talented designer, I was just a student in business administration, wanting to discover and learn more things. Kelly gave me this chance to prove my motivation to learn and, together with will and efforts to improve myself for the better.
Rubify is people oriented.
Rubify is a great company to work for. It’s a SME where you easily get caught in the cozy, friendly, jovial atmosphere. The hierarchy fades away while working, giving way to the team spirit. Because, Rubify is a team above all, a team where each member represents a key element for the whole company development. Of course Rubify wants to make money. Which company doesn’t want? But they are more “people focus” and what matters for them is everyone’s happiness.
Rubify is a strong team.
Their cohesion trip is one example of their values, it’s part of their enterprise culture. You really learn more about everyone’s personality and their own personal life goal, and this builds connection and affection to one another. Besides, this brings more joy and more life the working environment.
Rubify is always willing to help.
It may be a cliché, but I thought if I was an intern, I would be assigned to do copies, make coffee and buy breakfast. I had various tasks to accomplish, as an Account Executive, from project management to basic designs creation. No matter the task you are asked, there always is someone ready to help you to understand and accomplish your duty.
Rubify and its teammates are just amazingly great.
Are there any negative aspects of working there? There are probably, but I didn’t stay long enough to see them. No matter what job you choose, there always are bad aspects like people you don’t get along with or boring tasks to do, but you barely feel this at Rubify.
This was an awesome experience, since it was not only a professional experience but also a personal adventure, and I really enjoyed it.
I hope the little help I brought will make Rubify’s big dreams come true.
