Heart Core Habits

Deliberate creators know that feelings are the real indicators of what we are creating and drawing into our experience. Feelings lead to thoughts and actions that form our behaviors. Behavior repetitions cultivate habits.

For decades, neuroscientists have been unraveling the inner workings of the mind, how thoughts impact the choices we make and as a result the experiences we have.

We are now in a unique position to use all this information and knowledge to serve us better. We know we can change our lives by developing new habits, it’s ours for the taking! And the core of developing or changing habits is being mindful of our thoughts and feelings.

“Heart Core Habits” is a philosophy about building self-serving habits centered on improving how we feel. Habits that feel good to us, or the ones we make a ‘heart connection’ with, develop easily and serve us better.
