Somehow I stumbled on this book “Happiness Project” by Gretchen Rubin. As I am looking forward to add more smiles to my life, the title of this book intrigued me. I mentioned about this book to some of my friends, they liked the title too. Surprisingly, on my birthday, they gift wrapped me this book. My face shined. A smiley added.

I am currently on the third chapter, but I already feel it has added a lot to my days of self research. I can clearly relate to every single word and even to the feelings while writing those words. I felt this deep urge of expressing gratitude for Gretchen for writing this book. Thank you :)

For a person like me, who is simply trying to become a better human and not having any serious goal or destination, starting a happiness project should be must. Its going to help me learn more about myself and will take me to the better side of myself. I really think my happiness project will not be much different from that of Gretchen, I will come up with final version soon. Once again thanks Gretchen.
