The given example? Yeah. Why not?

Let’s see if you’re consistent on this topic. Do companies like Google have the right to employ (or not employ) whoever they want? If one of their employees were to post a message that they disagree with using company resources, could they decide to let him go? Or do only people who agree with you have that right, and yet if anyone else acts this way, then it’s bigotry? What metric are you using to judge this?
