The U.S. prison cell looks like

The ugly truth is that our prison society in America has more people incarcerated than any other country, and we are right behind China in incarceration rates.

But prison society in America is much different than in Norway because they are more focused on helping people leave prison and help them come back into society.

By allowing them to work in prison and for those prisoners not to make the same mistake again by getting themselves locked up again.

In other words, the Norwegian prison system is effective enough that there is a minimal recidivism rate.

In the United States, this is the exact opposite 76.6% of people who go to prison go back to prison again and again. In the U.S., billions of dollars are spent to incarcerate people.

Still, there are very few resources to reintegrate them into society. Because of this, the lack of these resources is very vital for a person to have a better chance of not going back to prison.

The overall quality of life for former prisoners is uplifting as this is an essential investment to our citizens in our country. Just like everybody else, they are a living…
