As 2019 draws to a close, it’s a good time to reflect on what happened.

Here are some questions to ask yourself to get started:

  • What were your biggest achievements? What contributed to those?
  • What were your biggest lessons learned? How can you apply them to your life next year?
  • Did you do the things you set out to do in the past year? If not, why and how can you adjust? How can you do better for next year?
  • What were your biggest missed opportunities?
  • What were the most impactful decisions that you made in the past year?
  • What activities made the biggest positive impact in the past year?
  • What habits/skills/knowledge did you acquire in the past year?
  • Who were the people that made the biggest impact on your life in the past year? Why?
  • Which relationships enriched your life and which relationships drained your energy? Why?

Use these questions to help you build a picture of the year, your journey, where you currently are.
