MOST RECENT CHALLENGING LEARNING EXPERIENCE

Being my Third time of being in Andela Bootcamp, to be very honest, it has always been challenging but awesome, imagine setting a time at which you must have achieved the goal, but then you find that all that is not happening. What you see is yourself going round circles. That is exactly how I felt a couple of months back- having dreams to be a world-class developer, but finding myself going through the recruitment cycles again and again. However, despite the fact that I keep applying again and again, I have learnt to see each repeated test, as an opportunity to learn something new even when the “going gets tough”, or there seems to be no “going” at all (I am Unstoppable).
Lessons from this experience…
I have found that among those of my numerous times of applying to the fellowship, there is always something new for me to learn .
Another important lesson is that Andela acronym (YOYO learning) is really helpful, It gave me the zeal and opportunity to learn more, not just only on the project i’m being given but on my technical skills and soft skills. What I have taken out of this is that there is only so much that one can teach another. Ofcourse self learning has always being my way of Learning(even when I learnt Photoshop and Corel Draw). The only difference between then and now is that I have learnt to take charge of it (set goal for myself and work hard to achieve it).
So for one to be good at something, It really requires dedication and passion. With this two things, I believe I’m Unstoppable.
Looking forward to work on the other challenge presented to me, as I eventually joined the league of “Becoming a world Class Software Developer”.
