Deploying Node.js App with API credentials to Heroku with custom Google Domain

I just got done deploying my Node.js app to heroku with custom Google domain, finally!! I had 2 errors that had me STUCK. I wanted to share how to overcome those 2 errors with anyone who’s stuck + adding custom Google Domain to your heroku app. Hope it saves you some time and helps.

Errors:

1. apiKey must be defined can’t read API Key error.
2. Error R10 (Boot timeout) -> Web process failed to bind to $PORT within 60 seconds of launch. …
